55. The Committee, while reminding the State party of the need to register all children at birth (see recommendation contained in paragraph 38 of document CRC/C/15/Add.221), recommends that the State party develop and strengthen measures effectively to guarantee:
55- تُذكّر اللجنة الدولة الطرف بضرورة تسجيل جميع الأطفال عند ولادتهم (انظر التوصية الواردة في الفقرة 38 من الوثيقة CRC/C/15/Add.221)، وتوصي الدولة الطرف بوضع تدابير وتعزيزها بفعالية لتكفل ما يلي:

19. Please provide information on the current legislative provisions with regard to equality between women and men in the acquisition, change and retention of nationality and the acquisition of nationality by children at birth, and whether they are in line with the provisions of the Convention.

33. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen measures to ensure that all children are registered at birth by requiring pubic authorities and health and education services to register them, issuing birth certificates to unregistered children and abolishing registration fees.

387. In light of articles 7 and 8 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party undertake appropriate measures, including awareness raising among government officers, midwives, community and religious leaders, and parents themselves, to ensure that all children are registered at birth.
