It also encourages the State party to promote the strengthening of international cooperation in order to address the root causes, such as poverty and underdevelopment, contributing to the vulnerability of children to the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism, in accordance with article 10, paragraph 3, of the Optional Protocol.

(42) The Committee recommends that the State party continue to strengthen international cooperation by multilateral, regional and bilateral arrangements, giving due attention to the prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution and punishment of those responsible for acts involving the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism, in accordance with the Optional Protocol.

(41) The Committee recommends that the State party, in accordance with article 10, paragraph 1, of the Optional Protocol, take all necessary steps to strengthen international cooperation through multilateral, regional and bilateral arrangements for the prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution and punishment of those responsible for acts involving the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism.

42) وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة تعاونها مع وكالات الأمم المتحدة وبرامجها المتخصصة ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، وكذلك على القيام، من خلال ترتيبات ثنائية، بتعزيز المؤسسات العاملة مع الأطفال ومعالجة الأسباب الجذرية، مثل الفقر والتخلف، التي تساهم في تعرض الأطفال لجرائم بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية وفي السياحة الجنسية.
