2. The Committee may request the State party concerned to nominate a representative to meet with the member or members designated by the Committee.
2- يجوز للجنة أن تطلب إلى الدولة الطرف أن تعيِّن ممثلاً عنها ليلتقي بالعضو أو الأعضاء الذين تعينهم اللجنة.

The Committee shall also inform the State party concerned of its wishes regarding the timing of the visit and the facilities required to allow those members designated by the Committee to conduct their tasks.

3- يقرر الأعضاء الذين تعينهم اللجنة لإجراء التحقيق السري، أسلوبهم في العمل بما يتفق مع أحكام الاتفاقية والنظام الداخلي للجنة.

(a) To designate an accredited representative to meet with the members designated by the Committee;

3. The members designated by the Committee for the confidential inquiry shall determine their own methods of work in conformity with the provisions of the Convention and the rules of procedure of the Committee.
3- يقرر الأعضاء الذين تعينهم اللجنة لإجراء التحقيق السري أسلوبهم في العمل بما يتفق مع أحكام الاتفاقية والنظام الداخلي للجنة.

3. The members designated by the Committee to conduct the inquiry shall determine their own methods of work, taking into account the Convention, the Optional Protocol and the present rules of procedure.
3- يحدد الأعضاء الذين تعينهم اللجنة لإجراء التحقيق أساليب عمل خاصة بهم، مع مراعاة الاتفاقية والبروتوكول الاختياري وهذا النظام الداخلي.

55. It was decided that the Secretariat should explore the various possibilities that could be made available to allow all members to participate in the Commission, as well as the modalities for a trust fund, on the understanding that the Convention clearly sets the principle that States Parties should defray the costs of the members they nominated.
٥٥ - وتقرر أن تقوم اﻷمانة العامة باستطلاع ما يمكن طرحه من إمكانيات لتمكين جميع اﻷعضاء من المشاركة في اللجنة، ودراسة الطرائق المتصلة بالصندوق الاستئماني على أن يكون مفهوما أن الاتفاقية أرست في هذا الشأن مبدأ مستقرا، وهو تحمل الدول اﻷطراف تكاليف اﻷعضاء الذين تعينهم للجنة.
