14- حُـصّـل مبلغ 098 503 1 يورو عن فترة السنتين 1992-1993 وفترة 1996-2005 ووُزّع على الدول الأعضاء المستحقة في كانون الثاني/يناير 2009.

11. In January 2004, further unencumbered balances relating to the bienniums 1992-1993, 1996-1997, 1998-1999 and 2000-2001 amounting to Euro4,367,691 were distributed to eligible Member States.
11- وفي كانون الثاني/يناير 2004، وُزعت حصص أخرى من الأرصدة غير المستغلة المتعلقة بفترات السنتين 1992-199٣ و1996-1997 و1998-1999 و2000-2001، بلغ حجمها 691 ٣67 4 يورو، على الدول الأعضاء المستحقة.

Resolution GC.8/Res.4, inter alia, strongly encouraged Member States to renounce their shares of unencumbered balances and authorized the Secretariat to retain these funds in a special account should no request for the surrendering of such balances be received from eligible Member States by a specified date; no further communication was required from the Secretariat.

As for the incentive scheme, the Conference authorized the Director-General at its eighth session to distribute the interest earned in excess of budgetary estimates for 1999 to eligible Member States in accordance with the " S " curve incentive mechanism, or to utilize the funds for purposes specified by those Member States (GC.8/Dec.10).
73- أما بالنسبة لنظام الحوافز، فقد أذن المؤتمر العام في دورته الثامنة للمدير العام بأن يوزع الفوائد المصرفية المكتسبة زيادة على تقديرات الميزانية لعام 1999 على الدول الأعضاء المستحقة وفق آلية منحنى " S " للحوافز، أو أن يستعمل الأموال في أغراض تحددها الدول الأعضاء (م ع-8/م-10).

(ح) وأضيفت ايرادات الفوائد الزائدة على تقديرات الميزانية والتي بلغت 214 418 يورو لحساب الدول الأعضاء المستحقة في 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2003، وفقا لصيغة منحنى " S " ، عند حساب اشتراكاتها المقررة لسنة 2003؛

(j) Arrears collected against unencumbered balances of appropriations amounting to Euro791,258 relating to the bienniums 1992-1993, 1996-1997 and 1998-1999, received until 31 October 2002, were credited to eligible Member States when their assessed contributions for the year 2003 were calculated.
(ي) المتأخرات المحصلة التي تقابلها أرصدة اعتمادات لم يرتبط بها تبلغ 258 791 يورو وتتعلق بفـــترات السنتــين 1992-1993 و1996-1997 و1998-1999، والتي تم تسلمها حتى 31 تشرين الأول/ أكتوبر 2002، أضيفت لحساب الدول الأعضاء المستحقة عند حساب اشتراكاتها المقررة لسنة 2003.

13. The unencumbered balances of appropriations relating to the bienniums 1992-1993, 1996-1997, 1998-1999 and 2000-2001, and interest income in excess of budgetary estimates amounted to Euro803,441, and the respective share was distributed to eligible Member States (i.e. those that had fully paid their assessed contributions for the respective biennium) in accordance with financial regulations 4.2 (b) and (c) (IDB.30/13, para. 21).
13- بلغت قيمة أرصدة الاعتمادات غيــر المنفقـــة المتصلة بفترات السنتين 1992-1993 و1996-1997 و1998-1999 و2000-2001، وايرادات الفوائد المصرفية الزائدة عن تقديرات الميزانية، 441 803 يورو، ووزّعت الحصص من هذا المبلغ على الدول الأعضاء المستحقة (أي التي دفعت اشتراكاتها بالكامل عن فترة السنتين ذات العلاقة) وفقا للبندين 4-2 (ب) و(ج) من النظام المالي (الوثيقة IDB.30/13، الفقرة 21).

Amount distributed to Member States in January 2007: The unencumbered balances of appropriations relating to the bienniums 1992-1993 and from 1996 to 2003, amounted to Euro1,719,678 and the respective share was distributed to eligible Member States in January 2007 (i.e. those that had fully paid their assessed contributions for the respective biennium) in accordance with financial regulations 4.2 (b) and (c).
17- المبالغ الموزعة على الدول الأعضاء في كانون الثاني/يناير 2007: بلغت أرصدة الاعتمادات غير المنفقة المتعلقة بفترات السنتين 1992-1993 ومن سنة 1996 إلى سنة 2003 مقدار 678 719 1 يورو، ووزعت في كانون الثاني/يناير 2007 على الدول الأعضاء المستحقة (أي الدول الأعضاء التي سددت بالكامل اشتراكاتها المقررة عن فترة السنتين المعنية) حصة كل منها، وفقا للبند 4-2 (ب) و(ج) من النظام المالي.

Pursuant to decision GC.8/Dec.10, interest income in excess of budgetary estimates for 1999 in the amount of $97,385 was available for distribution to Member States in accordance with the incentive mechanism (S curve, described in paras. 9-13 of document IDB.21/4) to eligible Member States, or to utilize this amount for purposes specified by the above-mentioned Member States in 2001.
وعملا بالمقرر م ع-8/م-10، أتيحت للتوزيع ايرادات الفوائد المكتسبة الزائدة على تقديرات الميزانية لعام 1999 والبالغة 358 97 دولارا. وسيوزع هذا المبلغ على الدول الأعضاء المستحقة وفقا لصيغة آلية الحوافز (المنحنى " S " ، الذي يرد شرحه في الفقرات 9-13 من الوثيقة IDB.21/4)، أو سيستغل هذا المبلغ لأغراض تحددها هذه الدول في عام 2001.
