6 - واختتم كلمته بقوله إن على لجنة الاشتراكات أن تعيد النظر في عناصر منهجية جدول الأنصبة المقررة وأن تحلل هذه العناصر، في محاولة منها لتطبيق القرارات العديدة للجمعية العامة، وأن على الدول الأعضاء أن تساعد هذه اللجنة بهدف إقرار جدول لتقدير الأنصبة يتسم بالعدالة والشفافية ويعكس القدرة الحقيقية للدول الأعضاء على الدفع.
