كما أنه يجري تقديم ما يلزم من مساعدة للدول الأعضاء في معاهدة الأمن الجماعي لصد ما تتعرض له مباشرة من أعمال مسلحة من جانب جماعات الإرهاب والتطرف وسوف يتخذ أعضاء المعاهدة مزيدا من التدابير الهادفة إلى تشكيل نظم إقليمية للأمن الجماعي وتعميق التعاون في الميدانين العسكري والسياسي.

Paragraph 4 (a) of the principles and objectives for nuclear non-proliferation and disarmament should be replaced by a call on the States parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons to work for the early entry into force of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test-Ban Treaty and for its signature and ratification by all the members of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
وينبغي الاستعاضة عن الفقرة ٤ )أ( من مبادئ وأهداف عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية ونزع السلاح النووي بطلب يوجه إلى الدول اﻷطراف في معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية بالعمل على بدء النفاذ مبكرا لمعاهدة الحظر الشامل للتجارب النووية، والتوقيع والتصديق عليها من جانب جميع اﻷعضاء في معاهدة عدم انتشار اﻷسلحة النووية.
