1- طلب مؤتمر الأطراف في مقررَيه 2/م أ-7 و4/م أ-12 من الأمانة أن تعد تقريراً توليفياً بشأن الأنشطة المضطلَع بها لتنفيذ إطار بناء القدرات في البلدان النامية (المشار إليه فيما بعد بعبارة إطار بناء القدرات).

At the same session, the SBSTA took note of and considered the submissions from Parties and accredited NGOs 32and agreed to request the secretariat to prepare a synthesis report that highlights the technical, methodological, legal and policy issues contained in these submissions, for consideration at its twenty-eighth session.

The SBI also invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 30 August 2010, their views on possible elements for a future mandate of the LEG, including its renewal and expansion, and requested the secretariat to prepare a synthesis report based on these submissions and inputs provided by the LEG, for consideration by the SBI at its thirty-third session.
