At the nineteenth session (New York, 11-15 April 2011), the Working Group considered a note by the Secretariat entitled " Draft Security Rights Registry Guide " (A/CN.9/WG.VI/WP.46 and Addenda 1 to 3).

110. At the present session, the Commission had before it the first report of the Special Rapporteur (A/CN.4/552) as well as a memorandum prepared by the Secretariat entitled, " The effect of armed conflict on treaties: an examination of practice and doctrine " (A/CN.4/550 and Corr.1).

In this connection, the Board considered a report prepared by the Secretariat entitled Capital Flows and Growth in Africa and adopted agreed conclusions 459 (XLVII).
وفي هذا الإطار، نظر المجلس في تقرير أعدته الأمانة بعنوان " تدفقات رؤوس الأموال والنمو في أفريقيا " واعتمد النتائج المتفق عليها 459 (د - 47).

At its meeting held in Vienna on 27 and 28 August 2007, the Working Group had before it a background paper prepared by the Secretariat entitled " Innovative solutions to asset recovery " (CAC/COSP/WG.2/2007/2).

36. The Commission may recall that at its thirty-third session in 2000 and its thirty-seventh session in 2004, notes by the Secretariat entitled " Coordination of work: activities of international organizations in the area of security interests " (A/CN.9/475 and 565 respectively) were considered.

At that session, the Working Group also had before it a note by the Secretariat entitled " Draft Model Law on Secured Transactions " (A/CN.9/WG.VI/WP.55 and Add.1-4).

The Director of the Division for Africa, Least Developed Countries and Special Programmes presented the background document prepared by the Secretariat entitled " Sustainable tourism: Contribution to economic growth and sustainable development (TD/B/C.I/EM.5/2).

3. The Board took note of the reports by the Secretariat entitled " Activities undertaken by UNCTAD in favour of Africa " (TD/B/EX(47)/2) and " Food security in Africa: learning lessons from the food crisis " (TD/B/EX(47)/3).

Information on the implementation of the resolution is contained in the note by the Secretariat on promoting coordination and alignment of decisions between the Commission on Narcotic Drugs and the Programme Coordinating Board of the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (E/CN.7/2011/10).
