Written statements submitted by the designated representatives referred to in rules 42 to 46 shall be distributed by the secretariat to all delegations in the quantities and in the languages in which the statements are made available to the Secretariat for distribution, provided that a statement submitted on behalf of a non-governmental organization is on a subject in which it has a special competence and is related to the work of the Conference.
توزع الأمانة على جميع الوفود البيانات الخطية المقدمة من الممثلين المسمين المشار إليهم في المواد 42 إلى 46 بالكميات واللغات التي أتيحت بها هذه البيانات للأمانة لغرض التعميم، شريطة أن يكون البيان المقدم باسم أي منظمة غير حكومية متصلا بأعمال المؤتمر ومتعلقا بموضوع يكون فيه لهذه المنظمة كفاءة خاصة.

2. The text of the resolutions, declarations, recommendations and other formal decisions adopted by the United Nations Environment Assembly, its sessional committee and other subsidiary organs, if any, shall be distributed by the secretariat to all members of the United Nations Environment Assembly and any others participating in the session.

At the end of March 2009, approximately 140 responses had been received from all relevant stakeholders to the questionnaires, seeking views and inputs from all relevant stakeholders, as prepared by the drafting group and disseminated by the secretariat to all stakeholders in November 2008.
