It contains the text of a letter from the Secretary-General addressed to the President of the General Assembly informing the Assembly that 13 Member States are in arrears in the payment of their financial contributions to the United Nations under the terms of Article 19 of the Charter.
وتتضمن الوثيقة نص رسالة من الأمين العام موجهة إلى رئيس الجمعية العامة يبلغ فيها الجمعية بأنه توجد 13 دولة من الدول الأعضاء متأخرة عن سداد اشتراكاتها المالية في الأمم المتحدة بموجب المادة 19 من الميثاق.

(12) إذ لاحظت الحلقة الدراسية الحاجة إلى تقديم المزيد من المعلومات إلى الأمم المتحدة بموجب المادة 73 (هـ)، دعت إلى استئناف استخدام الاستبيانات الشاملة السابقة المتعلقة بمجالات محددة من التطور الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والسياسي التي ينبغي تقديم معلومات بشأنها.

108. The Committee noted that, at the conclusion of its current session, on 20 June 2014, only one Member State, Yemen, was in arrears in the payment of its assessed contributions to the United Nations under the terms of Article 19 of the Charter and had no vote in the General Assembly.
