My intervention is on agenda item 41, namely, the role of the United Nations in promoting a new global human order.

Ecuador also assigns importance to the role of the United Nations in establishing a world order based on respect for international law, the norms and principles set out in the Charter, and the promotion of and respect for human rights international humanitarian Law.
وتولي إكوادور أهمية أيضا لدور الأمم المتحدة في إقامة نظام عالمي مبني على احترام القانون الدولي، والمعايير والمبادئ المحددة في الميثاق، وتعزيز الاحترام لحقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني الدولي.
