245- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمراجعة تشريعاتها الخاصة بالعمل من أجل إلغاء أي قيود مفروضة على الحقوق النقابية إلا ما يلزم منها في مجتمع ديمقراطي لمصلحة الأمن القومي أو النظام العام أو لحماية حقوق وحريات الآخرين.
