In its resolution 21/6, the Human Rights Council requested OHCHR to prepare, in consultation with all relevant stakeholders, a report on how the technical guidance on the application of a human rights-based approach to the implementation of policies and programmes to reduce preventable maternal mortality and morbidity has been applied by States and other relevant actors.
30- طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان، في قراره 21/6، إلى المفوضية أن تُعدّ، بالتشاور مع جميع الجهات المعنية صاحبة المصلحة، تقريراً عن الكيفية التي طبقت بها الدول وسائر الجهات الفاعلة ذات الصلة الإرشادات التقنية بشأن تطبيق نهج قائم على أساس حقوق الإنسان في تنفيذ السياسات والبرامج الرامية إلى الحد من وفيات ومراضة الأمومة التي يمكن الوقاية منها.

16. In its resolution 18/2, the Council requested OHCHR to convene, in cooperation with other relevant entities of the United Nations system, an expert workshop to prepare concise technical guidance on the application of a human rights-based approach to the implementation of policies and programmes to reduce preventable maternal mortality and morbidity.
16- طلب مجلس حقوق الإنسان في قراره 18/2 إلى المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تعقد، بالتعاون مع الكيانات الأخرى ذات الصلة التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة، حلقة عمل للخبراء لإعداد إرشادات تقنية موجزة بشأن تطبيق نهج قائم على أساس حقوق الإنسان في تنفيذ السياسات والبرامج الرامية إلى الحد من وفيات وأمراض الأمومة التي يمكن الوقاية منها.

4. Takes note with interest of the report of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on the application of the technical guidance on the application of a human rights-based approach to the implementation of policies and programmes to reduce preventable maternal mortality and morbidity, and calls upon States and encourages stakeholders to consider the recommendations contained therein;
4- يحيط علماً مع الاهتمام بتقرير مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان بشأن تطبيق الإرشادات التقنية المتعلقة بتطبيق نهج قائم على حقوق الإنسان في تنفيذ السياسات والبرامج الرامية إلى الحد من وفيات وأمراض الأمومة التي يمكن الوقاية منها()، ويهيب بالدول أن تنظر في التوصيات الواردة في التقرير ويشجع الجهات صاحبة المصلحة على القيام بذلك؛

Further, the Human Rights Council, in resolution 18/2 on preventable maternal mortality and morbidity, recognized that " a human rights-based approach to eliminate preventable maternal mortality and morbidity is an approach underpinned by the principles of, inter alia, accountability, participation, transparency, empowerment, sustainability, non-discrimination and international cooperation " .
كذلك، سلم مجلس حقوق الإنسان في قراره 18/2 بشأن وفيات وأمراض الأمومة التي يمكن الوقاية منها بأن " نهجاً قائماً على أساس حقوق الإنسان للتخلص من وفيات وأمراض الأمومة التي يمكن الوقاية منها، هو نهج يستند إلى مجموعة من المبادئ، من بينها المساءلة والمشاركة والشفافية والتمكين والاستدامة وعدم التمييز والتعاون الدولي " .
