وكان الأمين التنفيذ قد خلُص، بعد الاستعراض الدقيق لجميع جوانب هذه المطالبة، إلى أن الأمر لا يحتاج إلى إدخال أي تصويب على مقرر مجلس الإدارة رقم 159 وأنه لا مبرر لاتخاذ أي إجراء بموجب المادة 41 من القواعد فيما يتصل بالمطالبة المعنية.
