There are no legal impediments or barriers excluding individuals from joining or participating in the activities of cooperative societies. It is illegal for these societies to engage in propaganda activities which promote and incite racial discrimination.
ولا توجد أية معوقات أو عقبات قانونية تمنع الأفراد من الانضمام لهذه المنظمات والاشتراك في أنشطتها، ولا يجوز لهذه المنظمات أن تمارس أو تحرّض على ممارسة الأنشطة الدعائية التي تعزز التمييز العنصري.

18. Racial, religious and sex discrimination constitute an autonomous crime, which covers organised propaganda activities inciting hatred and acts of violence, threats and defamation on the basis of racial, religious or sex discrimination, including sexual orientation and gender identity.
18- تعتبر العنصرية والتمييز على أساس الدين أو الجنس جرائم قائمة بذاتها تشمل الأنشطة الدعائية المنظمة التي تحرض على الكراهية وأفعال العنف، والتهديد والقذف بسبب التمييز العنصري أو التمييز على أساس الدين أو الجنس، بما في ذلك الميل الجنسي والهوية الجنسانية.
