رابعا - إن عرض الإنجازات المتوقعة ومؤشرات الإنجاز في الإطار المنطقي المطلوب استعراضه وإقامة الصلة بينهما لا يتفق مع الأنظمة والقواعد التي تنظم تخطيط البرامج وإعداد الميزانية البرنامجية، ورصد التنفيذ وأساليب التقييم.

Pursuant to Assembly resolutions 53/207 and 54/236 and decision 54/474 on the revisions to the Regulations and Rules Governing Programme Planning, the Programme Aspects of the Budget, the Monitoring of Implementation and the Methods of Evaluation, attention is drawn to Secretary-General's bulletin ST/SGB/2000/8, containing the approved Regulations and Rules.
