Similarly, the term " priority " is used in this chapter as defined in this Guide and not as defined in the UNCITRAL Insolvency Guide.

The UNCITRAL Insolvency Guide (see recommendation 35, subparagraph (b)), provides that an asset acquired by the debtor after the commencement of insolvency proceedings generally is part of the insolvency estate.
