(ب) في الفقرة السابعة عشرة من الديباجة تحذف عبارة " ولا سيما تنامي اللجوء إلى المنابر السياسية لليمين المتطرف من أجل ترويج الأيديولوجيات العنصرية أو التحريض على اعتناقها " التي تظهر بعد عبارة " المجتمع عموما " ؛

(a) In the sixth preambular paragraph, the words " extremist organizations, and at the persisting use of political platforms to promote or incite racist ideologies " were replaced by the words " associations established on the basis of racist and xenophobic platforms and charters, as reflected in the report of the Special Rapporteur, and at the persisting use of those platforms and charters to promote or incite racist ideologies " ;
