The Commission will have before it the report of the Expert Group on the Integration of statistical and geospatial Information on developing a statistical-spatial framework in national statistical systems.

ثانيا - المنتدى العالمي المعنى بتكامل المعلومات الإحصائية والجغرافية المكانية:

The Global Forum was particularly successful in bringing national statistical and geospatial leaders together so as to enable them to communicate with each other and achieve mutual understanding.
وقد وُفِّق المنتدى العالمي خاصة في جمع شخصيات رائدة في مجال المعلومات الإحصائية والجغرافية المكانية لتمكينها من التواصل والتفاهم المتبادل.

For such purposes, institutional coordination and cooperation between the statistical and geospatial agencies within a country are vitally important and factors key to the success of the integration.

It was noted that the development of common standards and metadata would make statistical and geospatial information more interoperable, and therefore more useable and relevant to a wider range of stakeholders.
وأشار المشاركون إلى أن وضع معايير وبيانات وصفية موحدة سيزيد من احتمالات قابلية المعلومات الإحصائية والجغرافية المكانية للتفاعل مع البيانات الأخرى، الأمر الذي من شأنه أن يزيد من إمكانية أن تستعملها مجموعة واسعة من أصحاب المصلحة، ومن زيادة فرص استعانتها بها، وأن يكسبها مزيدا من الأهمية.
