- Carrying out monitoring and inspections of facilities housing ionizing radiation sources or nuclear material;
- إجراء عمليات المراقبة والتفتيش للمنشآت التي تحتوي على مصادر الإشعاعات المؤينة أو المواد النووية؛

It lays down the conditions for the exercise of nuclear activities and those involving the use of sources of ionizing radiation in all socio-economic sectors as well as nuclear safety and security rules to govern those activities.
