4. States Parties must recognize and respect the diversity of persons with disabilities and ensure that their report is not generalized, but specific to different types of disability.

15- يقرِّر إجراء حوار تفاعلي سنوي في إحدى دوراته العادية بشأن حقوق ذوي الإعاقة وأن يُجرى أول حوار من هذا القبيل في دورته العاشرة، مركِّزاً على التدابير القانونية الرئيسية اللازمة للتصديق على الاتفاقية وتنفيذها الفعال، بما في ذلك ما يتعلق بالمساواة وعدم التمييز؛

Governments should recognize and address multiple and intersecting forms of discrimination against minorities, including on the basis of sex, age, sexual orientation and gender identity or disability and their compounded negative impact on the women and other groups concerned.
