It was widely felt that every effort should be made to conclude discussion on the impact of insolvency on a security right in intellectual property as soon as possible, so that the result of that discussion could be reflected in the draft annex by late 2009 or early 2010.

The Working Group also considered the impact of insolvency on a security right in intellectual property on the basis of paragraphs 129-143 of document A/CN.9/667.
