Notes with appreciation the efforts of the Department of Public Information to continue to publicize the work and decisions of the General Assembly, requests the Department to continue to enhance its working relationship with the Office of the President of the General Assembly, and requests the Secretary-General to report thereon to the Committee on Information at its thirtieth session;

Invites the Department of Public Information to continue to work within the United Nations Communications Group to coordinate the preparation and implementation of communication strategies with the heads of information of the agencies, funds and programmes of the United Nations system, and requests the Secretary-General to report to the Committee on Information at its thirtieth session on the activities of the Group;
47 - تدعو إدارة شؤون الإعلام إلى أن تواصل العمل في إطار فريق الأمم المتحدة للاتصالات من أجل تنسيق إعداد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الاتصالات مع رؤساء شؤون الإعلام في وكالات منظومة الأمم المتحدة وصناديقها وبرامجها، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى لجنة الإعلام في دورتها الثلاثين تقريرا عن أنشطة الفريق؛

Requests the Secretary-General to report to the Committee on Information at its thirtieth session on the activities of the Steering Committee and the work of the Dag Hammarskjöld Library, including on the application of measures to enhance the effectiveness of the libraries within existing legislative mandates;
82 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى لجنة الإعلام في دورتها الثلاثين تقريرا عن أنشطة اللجنة التوجيهية وعمل مكتبة داغ همرشولد، يغطي أيضا تنفيذ التدابير المتخذة لتعزيز فعالية المكتبات في إطار الولايات التشريعية القائمة؛

1. In its resolution 62/111 B of 17 December 2007, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to report to the Committee on Information at its thirtieth session and to the Assembly at its sixty-third session on the activities of the Department of Public Information of the United Nations Secretariat and on the implementation of the recommendations contained in that resolution.
1 - طلبت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 62/111 باء، إلى الأمين العام، أن يقدم إلى لجنة الإعلام في دورتها الثلاثين وإلى الجمعية في دورتها الثالثة والستين تقريرا عن أنشطة إدارة شؤون الإعلام بالأمانة العامة للأمم المتحدة وعن تنفيذ التوصيات الواردة في ذلك القرار.

47. Invites the Department of Public Information to continue to work within the United Nations Communications Group to coordinate the preparation and implementation of communication strategies with the heads of information of the agencies, funds and programmes of the United Nations system, and requests the Secretary-General to report to the Committee on Information at its thirtieth session on the activities of the Group;
47 - تدعو إدارة شؤون الإعلام أن تواصل العمل في إطار فريق الأمم المتحدة للاتصالات من أجل تنسيق إعداد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الاتصالات مع رؤساء شؤون الإعلام في وكالات منظومة الأمم المتحدة وصناديقها وبرامجها، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى لجنة الإعلام في دورتها الثلاثين تقريرا عن أنشطة الفريق؛

Requests the Secretary-General to include in his report to the Committee on Information at its thirtieth session proposals, along with their financial implications, to improve the scope of press releases in addition to the existing languages in order to widen the United Nations message, assuring their comprehensiveness and up-to-date nature, bearing in mind budgetary constraints;
57 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يدرج في تقريره إلى لجنة الإعلام في دورتها الثلاثين مقترحات، مقرونة بالآثار المالية المترتبة عليها، لتحسين نطاق النشرات الصحفية إضافة إلى اللغات التي تصدر بها حاليا بغية التوسع في نشر رسالة الأمم المتحدة، والتأكيد على شموليتها ومواكبتها لأحدث المستجدات، مع إيلاء الاعتبار لقيود الميزانية؛

20. Also notes with appreciation the efforts of the Department of Public Information to work at the local level with other organizations and bodies of the United Nations system to enhance the coordination of their communication activities, and requests the Secretary-General to report to the Committee on Information at its thirtieth session on progress achieved in this regard and on the activities of the United Nations Communications Group;
20 - تلاحظ مع التقدير أيضا ما تبذله إدارة شؤون الإعلام من جهود للعمل على الصعيد المحلي مع المؤسسات والهيئات الأخرى التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة من أجل تعزيز تنسيق أنشطتها في مجال الاتصالات، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى لجنة الإعلام في دورتها الثلاثين تقريرا عن التقدم المحرز في هذا الصدد وعن أنشطة فريق الأمم المتحدة للاتصالات؛
