III. STRENGTHENING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE Declaration on Human Rights Defenders

Such support could be provided through specific efforts to promote and implement the Declaration on Human Rights Defenders.

Implementation of the Declaration on Human Rights Defenders should be pursued at local as well as national levels.
