In this connection, we asked whether the Congolese people did not have the right to peace, which the declaration on the right of Peoples to Peace, adopted by the General Assembly on 8 November 1984, enunciates in these terms: " ... the peoples of our planet have a sacred right to peace. "
وفي هذا الصدد، طرحنــــا سؤالا يرمي إلــى معرفة ما إذا كان للشعب الكونغولي الحق في السلام كما أعلنه الإعلان بشأن حق الشعوب في السلم الذي أصدرته الجمعية العامة في 12 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1984 وبه العبارة التالية: " إن شعوب كوكبنا لها حق مقدس في السلم " .

9. Requests the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee to prepare inputs to contribute to the elaboration of the draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity, and to the further development of guidelines, standards, norms and principles with a view to promoting and protecting this right;
9- يطلب إلى اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان أن تُعدّ مدخلات تُسهم بها في صياغة مشروع الإعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي، وأن تمضي في وضع مبادئ توجيهية ومقاييس ومعايير ومبادئ بهدف تعزيز ذلك الحق وحمايته؛

7. In operative paragraph 9 of its resolution 9/2, the Council requested the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee to prepare inputs to contribute to the elaboration of the draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity and to the further development of guidelines, standards, norms and principles with a view to promoting and protecting that right.

2. The submission to the Council of the proposed draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity, or simply the right to international solidarity henceforth, marks a milestone for the mandate of human rights and international solidarity.
2 - ويشكّل تقديم مشروع الإعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي، أو الحق في التضامن الدولي كما يشار إليه في سياق هذا التقرير، علامة فارقة في الولاية المعنية بحقوق الإنسان والتضامن الدولي().

This will allow for sufficient time to circulate the preliminary text to Member States, the Human Rights Council Advisory Committee and other stakeholders, including non-governmental organizations, special procedures mandate holders, academics and other actors, with a view to eliciting comments prior to finalizing the draft declaration on the right of peoples and individuals to international solidarity.

10. 14. 14- يكرر طلبه إلى اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان أن تُعدّ، بالتعاون الوثيق مع الخبير المستقل، مدخلات تُسهم بها في صياغة مشروع الإعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي، وأن تمضي في وضع مبادئ توجيهية ومعايير وقواعد ومبادئ بهدف تعزيز هذا الحق وحمايته؛

3. Submits its revised progress report on the draft declaration on the right of peoples to peace, taking into account the comments made, to the Human Rights Council for consideration at its seventeenth session;

14- يكرر طلبه إلى اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان أن تُعدّ مدخلات تُسهم بها في صياغة مشروع الإعلان بشأن حق الشعوب والأفراد في التضامن الدولي، وأن تمضي في وضع مبادئ توجيهية ومعايير وقواعد ومبادئ بهدف تعزيز هذا الحق وحمايته؛

22. The Declaration of the Right of Peoples to Peace solemnly declared that the peoples of our planet have a sacred right to peace and that every State has a fundamental obligation to promote and implement this right.
22- وأعلنت الجمعية العامة رسمياً في الإعلان بشأن حق الشعوب في السلم أن شعوب كوكبنا لها حق مقدس في السلم وأن تشجيع تنفيذ هذا الحق يشكل التزاماً أساسياً على كل دولة.
