32 - بينما يدعو برنامج العمل العالمي بشأن الأشخاص المعوقين إلى تعميم مراعاة منظور الإعاقة في خطة التنمية بجميع مراحلها، فإن أطر عمل الأمم المتحدة الإنمائية الدولية والوطنية لا تتضمن أي إشارة إلى تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص للمعوقين.

In this respect, International Volunteer Day for Economic and Social Development, 5 December, continues to play an important role by involving Governments, international and national development organizations, the private sector and volunteers themselves in joint actions that acknowledge the value of volunteerism to societies.

3. Regarding paragraph 19.7, last sentence, the text reads only as follows: " Cooperation with international and national development agencies and relevant non-governmental organizations in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council will be strengthened. "
