At its substantive session in June 1999, the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations heard a complaint by the representative of Algeria regarding an incident that took place during the fifty-fourth session of the Commission on Human Rights, in April 1998, involving the International Federation of Human Rights.
استمعت اللجنة المعنية بالمنظمات غير الحكومية، خلال الدورة الموضوعية التي عقدتها في حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٩، إلى شكوى تقدم بها ممثل الجزائر تتعلق بحادث وقع خلال الدورة الرابعة والخمسين للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعقودة في نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٨ وكان الاتحاد الدولي لحقوق اﻹنسان طرفا فيه.
