The Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as " the Committee " ) shall hold meetings as required for the effective performance of its functions in accordance with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as " the Convention " ) and the Optional Protocol thereto.
