4. Invites States parties to the Convention and the Optional Protocols thereto to adhere to the page limit established by the Committee for their reports, and notes that this would reduce the operating costs of the Committee.
4 - تدعو الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها الاختياريين إلى أن تلتزم بعدم تجاوز الحد الأقصى لعدد الصفحات الذي حددته اللجنة للتقارير التي تقدمها الدول الأطراف، وتلاحظ أن ذلك من شأنه خفض تكاليف أعمال اللجنة.

2. Reaffirms paragraphs 1 to 8 of its resolution 63/241, and urges States that have not yet done so to become parties to the Convention and the Optional Protocols thereto as a matter of priority and to implement them fully;
2 - تؤكد من جديد الفقرات 1 إلى 8 من قرارها 63/241، وتحث الدول التي لم تصبح بعد أطرافا في الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها الاختياريين(2) على القيام بذلك على سبيل الأولوية وعلى تنفيذها كاملة؛

19. Affirms its commitment to integrate the provisions of the Convention and the Optional Protocols thereto into its work in a regular, systematic and transparent manner, and requests the special procedures and other human rights mechanisms of the Council to take into account the relevant provisions of the Convention and the Optional Protocols thereto in the fulfilment of their mandates;
19- يؤكد التزامه بتضمين عمله أحكامَ الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها الاختياريين بانتظام ومنهجية وشفافية، ويطلب إلى الإجراءات الخاصة وغيرها من آليات حقوق الإنسان التابعة للمجلس أن تضع أحكام الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها الاختياريين ذات الصلة في اعتبارها لدى نهوضها بالمهام المسندة إليها؛

States that have not yet done so should, as a matter of priority, ratify the Convention and its Optional Protocols.
وعلى الدول التي لم تفعل ذلك بعد أن تصدق، على سبيل الأولوية، على الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها الاختياريين.

11. The Committee urges the State party to fully incorporate the Convention and its Optional Protocols into its legislation, including by:
11- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على أن تدرج كامل الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها الاختياريين في تشريعاتها، بتوخي أمور منها ما يلي:

The Committee also encourages the State party to review all existing legislation related to children and ensure that it is brought into conformity with the Convention and its Optional Protocols.
وتشجع اللجنة أيضاً الدولة الطرف على استعراض جميع التشريعات القائمة المتعلقة بالأطفال والتأكد من أنها تتماشى مع الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها الاختياريين.

The Committee, however, regrets that the State party has not regularized the status of refugees and asylum seekers or enacted laws allowing their children to enjoy their rights under the Convention and its Optional Protocols.
بيد أنها تأسف لأن الدولة الطرف لم تسو وضع اللاجئين وملتمسي اللجوء، ولم تسن قوانين تسمح للأطفال بالتمتع بحقوقهم بموجب الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها الاختياريين.

The Committee further recommends that the State party consider adopting a comprehensive child rights act which fully incorporates the provisions of the Convention and its Optional Protocols. Coordination
كما توصي اللجنة بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في اعتماد قانون لحقوق الطفل يتسم بالشمول ويتضمن جميع الأحكام الواردة في الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها الاختياريين.

The Committee further recommends that the State party consider enacting a comprehensive child rights act which fully incorporates the provisions of the Convention and its Optional Protocols and provides clear guidelines for their consistent and direct application.
وتوصي اللجنة كذلك الدولة الطرف بالنظر في سنّ قانون شامل لحقوق الطفل يتضمن أحكام الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها الاختياريين ويقدم مبادئ توجيهية واضحة لتطبيقها بصورة متسقة ومباشرة.

The Committee is further concerned that the Convention and its two Optional Protocols have yet to be translated into indigenous languages.
