1. States Parties undertake to submit to the Committee, through the Secretary-General of the United Nations, reports on the measures they have adopted which give effect to the rights recognized herein and on the progress made on the enjoyment of those rights:
1- تتعهد الدول الأطراف بأن تقدم إلى اللجنة، عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، تقارير عن التدابير التي اعتمدتها لإنفاذ الحقوق المعترف بها في هذه الاتفاقية وعن التقدم المحرز في التمتع بتلك الحقوق:

1. States Parties undertake to submit to the Committee, through the SecretaryGeneral of the United Nations, reports on the measures they have adopted which give effect to the rights recognized herein and on the progress made on the enjoyment of those rights:
1- تتعهد الدول الأطراف بأن تقدم إلى اللجنة، عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، تقارير عن التدابير التي اعتمدتها لإنفاذ الحقوق المعترف بها في هذه الاتفاقية وعن التقدم المحرز في التمتع بتلك الحقوق:

١ - تتعهد الدول اﻷطراف بأن تقدم إلى اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة، تقريرا عما اتخذته من تدابير تشريعية وقضائية وإدارية وغيرها من أجل إنفاذ أحكام هذه الاتفاقية وعن التقدم المحرز في هذا الصدد، كيما تنظر اللجنة في هذا التقرير وذلك:

The Convention on the Rights of the Child establishes a committee on the subject, and States Parties undertake to submit, through the Secretary-General, periodic reports on the measures they have adopted which give effect to the rights recognized by it and on the progress made on the enjoyment of those rights.
٤٥٢ - وأنشأت " اتفاقية حقوق الطفل " لجنة معنية بهذا الموضوع، وتتعهد الدول بأن تقدم، عن طريق اﻷمين العام، تقارير دورية عن التدابير التي اعتمدتها ﻹنفاذ الحقوق المعترف بها في هذه الاتفاقية وعن التقدم المحرز في التمتع بتلك الحقوق.

1- تنص الفقرة 1 من المادة 44 من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل على أن " تتعهد الدول الأطراف بأن تقدم إلى اللجنة، عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، تقارير عن التدابير التي اعتمدتها لإنفاذ الحقوق المعترف بها في هذه الاتفاقية وعن التقدم المحرز في التمتع بتلك الحقوق:

Each State Party shall submit to the Committee, through the Secretary-General of the United Nations, a comprehensive report on measures taken to give effect to its obligations under the present Convention and on the progress made in that regard, within two years after the entry into force of the present Convention for the State Party concerned.
1 - تقدم كل دولة طرف إلى اللجنة، عن طريق الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، تقريرا شاملا عن التدابير المتخذة لتنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية وعن التقدم المحرز في هذا الصدد، وذلك خلال فترة عامين عقب بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية بالنسبة للدولة الطرف المعنية.
