Applicants will be allotted a maximum of 9 m2 of exhibition space, which will be assigned with due consideration of the relevance to the objectives of the Convention and equitable geographical distribution requirements.
وسيتاح لمقدمي الطلبات حيز عرض لا تتجاوز مساحته 9 أمتار مربعة، سيُمنح مع مراعاة صلة العرض بأهـداف الاتفاقية ووفقاً لمتطلبات التوزيع الجغرافي المنصف.

٧- وأبلغ نائب الرئيس الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ أن اﻷمانة قامت بفحص طلبات قدمت للحصول على مركز المراقب من ثلاث منظمات حكومية دولية و١٢ منظمة غير حكومية بالاستناد إلى أحكام الفقرة ٦ من المادة ٧ من الاتفاقية ووفقاً لﻹجراءات التي قررها مؤتمر اﻷطراف بخصوص قبول المنظمات )انظر الوثيقة FCCC/SB/1997/INF.4(.

٨١- كما أبلغ الرئيس الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية بأن اﻷمانة قد فحصت طلبات منظمة حكومية دولية و٣١ منظمة غير حكومية استناداً إلى أحكام المادة ٧-٦ من الاتفاقية ووفقاً لﻹجراءات التي أقرها مؤتمر اﻷطراف لقبول المنظمات بصفة مراقب.

18. Several representatives of States parties welcomed the adoption of the Committee's provisional reporting guidelines and mentioned that they were in the process of preparing the initial report under article 73 of the Convention and in accordance with the guidelines.
18- ورحب العديد من ممثلي الدول الأطراف باعتماد المبادئ التوجيهية المؤقتة التي وضعتها اللجنة لإعداد التقارير وذكروا أنهم في طور إعداد التقرير الأولي بموجب المادة 73 من الاتفاقية ووفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية.

640. The Ministers stressed that the future multilateral rule-based climate regime to be agreed by 2015 is under the Convention and in accordance with its principles and provisions, and that it should address the concerns of developing countries, especially the principle of equity, common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities;
