III. the Comprehensive Agreement on Human Rights AND INTERNATIONAL VERIFICATION

The European Union particularly welcomes the fact that both parties have asked the United Nations to organize a mission to verify the implementation of the Comprehensive Agreement on Human Rights without waiting for the official ratification of the peace accord.
ويرحب الاتحاد اﻷوروبي خصوصا بحقيقـــة أن الطرفين طلبا إلى اﻷمم المتحدة أن تنظم بعثة للتحقق من تنفيذ الاتفاق الشامل بشأن حقوق اﻹنسان دون انتظار التصديق الرسمي على اتفاق السلم.

It would verify the implementation of the Comprehensive Agreement on Human Rights and would make a decisive contribution to efforts by State authorities and society at large to improve the human rights situation.
