9. Requests the Secretary-General to convene the Thirteenth Meeting of States Parties to the Convention in New York from 9 to 13 June 2003 and to provide the services required;

7. Takes note of the report of the Thirteenth Meeting of States Parties to the Convention;

8. In the light of the foregoing, the present addendum to the report of the Credentials Committee is submitted to the Thirteenth Meeting of States Parties to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.

4. The Committee had before it a memorandum by the Secretariat, dated 11 June 2003, on the status of credentials of representatives participating in the Thirteenth Meeting of States Parties to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.
4 - وكان معروضا على اللجنة مذكرة من الأمانة العامة مؤرخة 11 حزيران/يونيه 2003 عن حالة وثائق تفويض الممثلين المشاركين في الاجتماع الثالث عشر للدول الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار.

11. In the light of the foregoing, the present report is submitted to the Thirteenth Meeting of States Parties to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.

6. In accordance with article 43 of the Convention, the Thirteenth Meeting of States Parties to the Convention was convened on 21 December 2010 at United Nations Headquarters.

On 11 June 2003, the Thirteenth Meeting of States Parties to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea appointed a Credentials Committee consisting of the following nine members: Algeria, Czech Republic, Fiji, Kenya, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Trinidad and Tobago, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
1 - في 11 حزيران/يونيه 2003، عيَّن الاجتماع الثالث عشر للدول الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار لجنة لوثائق التفويض تتألف من الأعضاء التسعة التالية أسماؤهم: ترينيداد وتوباغو، والجزائر، والجمهورية التشيكية، وسانت فنسنت وجزر غرينادين، وفيجي، وكينيا، ومالطة، وماليزيا، وموناكو.

1. In conformity with article 43 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Thirteenth Meeting of the States Parties to the Convention will be convened by the SecretaryGeneral at United Nations Headquarters on Tuesday, 21 December 2010.
