كما تنص هذه المادة على أنه يحق للسلطة المعنية بالرقابة على الصادرات، علاوة على فرض الغرامات المذكورة أعلاه، أن تلغي أو تعلق الرخص أو عقود الضمانات أو شهادات الاستيراد الدولية للقيام بعمليات نقل دولية للسلع، التي منحتها السلطة إلى هذا المصدّر، أو إلغاء تسجيل المصّدر لدى السلطة ككيان مرخص له القيام بعمليات نقل دولية للسلع.

28.
