112. The travaux préparatoires should indicate that the term " permanent residence " is understood throughout this article as meaning long-term, but not necessarily indefinite residence.
112- ينبغي أن تبين " الأعمال التحضيرية " أن تعبير " الاقامة الدائمة " يُفهم منه في كل هذه المادة أنه يعني اقامة طويلة الأمد دون أن تكون بالضرورة اقامة غير محددة الأجل.

113. The travaux préparatoires should indicate the understanding of the Ad Hoc Committee that a return under this article shall not be undertaken before the nationality or right of permanent residence of the person whose return is sought has been duly verified.
113- ينبغي أن تبيّن " الأعمال التحضيرية " فهم اللجنة المخصصة الذي مفاده أنه يتعين عدم اعادة الشخص الملتمسة اعادته، بمقتضى هذه المادة، قبل التحقق على النحو الواجب من جنسيته أو حقه في الاقامة الدائمة.

The Act also guarantees retention of citizenship in the event of permanent residence outside Ukraine (art. 7).
وكذلك يضمن القانون الاحتفاظ بالمواطنية في حالة الاقامة الدائمة خارج أوكرانيا )المادة ٧(.

100. Citizens of other countries who suffered as a result of the Chernobyl disaster enjoy all the advantages provided for in the Act if they take up permanent residence in Ukraine.

3. In Danish law the basic assumption is one of equality between Danish citizens and citizens of other countries who have a permanent residence permit.
٣- الافتراض اﻷساسي في قانون الدانمرك هو المساواة بين مواطني الدانمرك والمواطنين من البلدان اﻷخرى الحاصلين على تصاريح الاقامة الدائمة.

1- يتعين على الدولة الطرف التي يكون ضحية الاتجار بالأشخاص من مواطنيها أو التي كان يتمتع بحق الاقامة الدائمة فيها وقت دخوله الى اقليم الدولة الطرف المستقبلة، أن تيسر وتقبل عودة ذلك الشخص دون ابطاء لا مسوّغ له أو غير معقول، مع ايلاء الاعتبار الواجب لسلامة ذلك الشخص.

3. At the request of a receiving State Party, a requested State Party shall, without undue or unreasonable delay, verify whether a person who is a victim of trafficking in persons is its national or had the right of permanent residence in its territory at the time of entry into the territory of the receiving State Party.
3- بناء على طلب من دولة طرف مستقبلة، يتعين على الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب أن تتحقق دون إبطاء لا مسوّغ له أو غير معقول مما اذا كان الشخص الذي هو ضحية للاتجار بالأشخاص من مواطنيها، أو كان له حق الاقامة الدائمة في اقليمها وقت دخوله الى اقليم الدولة الطرف المستقبلة.

Consequently, the type of work and work period are, in effect, restricted for foreigners in Japan, which, however, is logical for foreigners not possessing the right to reside in Japan. These restrictions do not apply to foreigners who possess permanent residency status in Japan.
