The host country may wish to require that final proposals provide the information required in the request for proposals, in such a manner as to allow the contracting authority to consider the operational feasibility, technical soundness and environmental impact of the project; the total project cost, including operating and maintenance cost and proposed financing plan; and the proposed tariff or payment schedule, as appropriate.
