III. CONTINUING TO ADVANCE THE IMPLEMENTATION of existing commitments in ARTICLE 4.1
ثالثا- مواصلة التقدم في تنفيذ الالتزامات القائمة بموجب المادة ٤-١

All Parties, taking into account their common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities, as well as their specific national and regional development priorities, objectives, and circumstances, reaffirming existing commitments under Article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention, and continuing to advance the implementation of such commitments, shall:
إن جميع الأطراف، إذ تضع في اعتبارها مسؤولياتها المشتركة ولكن المتمايزة، وقدرات كل منها وأولوياتها وأهدافها وظروفها الإنمائية الوطنية والإقليمية المحددة، وإذ تعيد تأكيد الالتزامات القائمة بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية، وإذ تواصل النهوض بتنفيذ هذه الالتزامات تقوم بما يلي:
