In view of the Centre's precarious financial situation, the draft resolution appeals to States, international governmental organizations, non-governmental organizations and foundations to make voluntary contributions to strengthen the programmes and activities of the Regional Centre.
وفي ضوء الوضع المالي الخطير للمركز يناشد مشروع القرار الدول والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية والمؤسسات تقديم تبرعاتها بغية تدعيم البرامج والأنشطة التي يضطلع بها المركز الإقليمي.

The draft resolution appeals to all States as well as to international, governmental and non-governmental organizations and foundations to make voluntary contributions in order to strengthen the programmes and activities of the Regional Centre and facilitate their implementation.
ويناشد مشروع القرار جميع الدول، كما يناشد المنظمات والمؤسسات الحكومية وغير الحكومية الدولية تقديم التبرعات لتعزيز البرامج والأنشطة التي يضطلع بها المركز الإقليمي وتيسير تنفيذها.

6. Urges all States, as well as international governmental and nongovernmental organizations and foundations, to make voluntary contributions in order to strengthen the programmes and activities of the Regional Centre and facilitate their implementation;
6 - تحث جميع الدول، وكذلك المنظمات والمؤسسات الدولية، الحكومية منها وغير الحكومية، على تقديم تبرعات بغية تعزيز البرامج والأنشطة التي يضطلع بها المركز الإقليمي وتيسير تنفيذها؛
