وقررت الجمعية العامة أيضا أنه عند الإلغاء التدريجي لمخطط الحدود يقتصر تخصيص نقاط إضافية نتيجة لذلك إلى البلدان النامية المستفيدة من تطبيقه على 15 في المائة من آثار الإلغاء.

51. The Committee also referred to paragraph 2 of General Assembly resolution 48/223 B of 23 December 1993, in which it was decided that " in phasing out the scheme of limits, the allocation of additional points resulting therefrom to developing countries benefiting from its application shall be limited to 15 per cent of the effect of the phase-out " .
٥١ - وأشارت اللجنة كذلك إلى الفقرة ٢ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٨/٢٢٣ باء المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣، حيث تقرر " عند اﻹلغاء التدريجي لمخطط الحدود أن يقتصر تخصيص نقاط إضافية نتيجة لذلك إلى البلدان النامية المستفيدة من تطبيقه على ١٥ في المائة من آثار اﻹلغاء " .
