51. The municipal basis for the elections in the Federation needs to be resolved, both with regard to those municipalities which were divided by the inter-entity boundary line, and from the perspective of the calls for the establishment of some new municipalities within the Federation.
٥١ - ويلزم حل مسألة اﻷساس المحلي للانتخابات في الاتحاد، وذلك فيما يتعلق بالبلديات التي يقسمها خط الحدود بين الكيانين، ومن منظور الدعوات المطالبة بإنشاء بعض البلديات الجديدة داخل الاتحاد.
