32. At the same session, the Committee adopted the draft decision on the allocation of items to the Main Committees of the Conference as contained in annex V to the present report.

31. At the same session, the Preparatory Committee adopted the draft decision on the allocation of items to the Main Committees of the Conference as contained in annex V to the present report.

15. The Preparatory Committee considered the following three clusters of issues based on the allocation of items to the Main Committees of the 2010 Review Conference (NPT/CONF.2010/1, annex V):

16. The Committee considered the following three clusters of issues based on the allocation of items to the Main Committees of the 2010 Review Conference (NPT/CONF.2010/1, annex V):

1. The Chairman recalled that, in accordance with the allocation of items to the Main Committees adopted by the Conference (NPT/CONF.2000/1, annex VIII), the Committee would focus on agenda item 16 (d).

1. The President suggested that conference room papers NPT/CONF.2005/CRP.3, entitled " Allocation of items to the Main Committees of the Conference " , and NPT/CONF.2005/CRP.4, entitled " Draft decision on subsidiary bodies " , should be adopted as official documents of the Conference.

The Preparatory Committee had reached agreement on all main issues related to the organization of the Conference, including: the election of the President; the date and venue of the Conference; the draft rules of procedure; the financial arrangements; the provisional agenda; and the allocation of items to the Main Committees.

4. Most of the Preparatory Committee's meetings had been devoted to a substantive discussion of all aspects of the Treaty and of three clusters of issues based on the allocation of items to the Main Committees of the 2005 Review Conference (NPT/CONF.2005/DEC.1).

59. The President said that he took it that the Conference wished to adopt the provisional agenda contained in annex IV of the final report of the Preparatory Committee (NPT/CONF.2010/1), including the recommendation of the Preparatory Committee in annex V on the allocation of items to the Main Committees of the Conference.
