Coordination and liaison with other programmes, bodies and specialized agencies of the United Nations system on activities relating to the subprogramme, including the ESCAP network on trade facilitation bodies; and to ESCAP's regional institute, the Asian and Pacific Centre for Transfer of Technology.

It also requested the Secretary-General to continue to seek information from States, regional organizations and the concerned organs and agencies of the United Nations system on action taken to alleviate the special economic problems of those States.
كذلك طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل السعي للحصول على معلومات من الدول، والمنظمات اﻹقليمية، واﻷجهزة والوكالات المعنية التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن اﻹجراءات المتخذة للتخفيف من المشاكل الاقتصادية الخاصة لتلك الدول.

(ii) Participation in the activities of ITU, WFP, UNHCR, UNEP and other agencies of the United Nations system on issues of mutual concern regarding humanitarian relief activities.
`٢` والمشاركة في أنشطة الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية، وبرنامج اﻷغذية العالمي؛ ومفوضية اﻷمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين، وبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للبيئة، وغيرها من الوكالات التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن المسائل التي هي موضع اهتمام مشترك والمتصلة بأنشطة اﻹغاثة اﻹنسانية؛

(c) Advises, as appropriate and under the guidance of the Governing Council, intergovernmental bodies of the United Nations system on the formulation and implementation of environmental programmes;
)ج( إسداء المشورة، عند الاقتضاء وتحت إشراف مجلس اﻹدارة، للهيئات الدولية الحكومية التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن إعداد البرامج البيئية وتنفيذها؛

(c) To advise, as appropriate and under the guidance of the Governing Council, intergovernmental bodies of the United Nations system on the formulation and implementation of environmental programmes;
)ج( أن تسدي المشورة، حسب الاقتضاء وبتوجيه من مجلس اﻹدارة، إلى الهيئات الحكومية الدولية التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن صياغة وتنفيذ البرامج البيئية؛

(v) Participation in sessions of the governing bodies of the relevant operational agencies of the United Nations system on issues relating to coordination of complex emergencies (as required);

7. The Administrative Committee on Coordination is of the view that the report has contributed to the debate taking place in various intergovernmental bodies of the United Nations system on this issue, in particular, the Economic and Social Council and the General Assembly.
٧ - ومن رأي لجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية أن هذا التقرير قد أسهم في تلك المناقشات الجارية بمختلف الهيئات الحكومية الدولية التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن هذه القضية، وخاصة المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والجمعية العامة.

(b) Coordination with other organs/agencies of the United Nations system on follow-up to recommendations for further work with respect to study reports of ad hoc expert groups mandated by the General Assembly;

18. Calls upon Member States to exchange information among themselves, their interested private sectors and all competent organs, organizations and bodies of the United Nations system on their activities, programmes and experiences related to the promotion of foreign direct investment, in particular in developing countries;
١٨ - يطلب الى الدول اﻷعضاء أن تتبادل المعلومات فيما بينها، وفيما بين قطاعاتها الخاصة المعنية وجميع اﻷجهزة والمنظمات والهيئات المختصة التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن أنشطتها وبرامجها وخبرتها المتصلة بتشجيع الاستثمار اﻷجنبي المباشر، خاصة في البلدان النامية؛

(b) Coordination with other organs/agencies of the United Nations system on follow-up of recommendations for further work with respect to study reports of ad hoc expert groups mandated by the General Assembly;
)ب( التنسيق مع اﻷجهزة/الوكالات اﻷخرى التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن توصيات المتابعة للتوصيات الخاصة باستمرار العمل فيما يتعلق بالتقارير الدراسية الصادرة عن أفرقة الخبراء المخصصة التي تكلف الجمعية العامة بإنشائها؛

The Council called upon Member States to exchange information among themselves, their interested private sectors and all competent organs, organizations and bodies of the United Nations system on their activities, programmes and experiences related to the promotion of foreign direct investment, in particular in developing countries (resolution 1993/49, para. 18).
وطلب المجلس إلى الدول اﻷعضاء أن تتبادل المعلومات فيما بينها، وفيما بين قطاعاتها الخاصة المعنية وجميع اﻷجهزة والمنظمات والهيئات المختصة التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن أنشطتها وبرامجها وخبرتها المتصلة بتشجيع الاستثمار اﻷجنبي المباشر، خاصة في البلدان النامية )القرار ١٩٩٣/٤٩، الفقرة ١٨(.

The Assembly also requested the Secretary-General to continue to seek on a regular basis information from States and regional organizations and the concerned organs and agencies of the United Nations system on action taken to alleviate the special economic problems of the affected States and to report thereon to the Security Council, as well as to submit a report on the implementation of the resolution to the Assembly at its fifty-first session.
وطلبت الجمعية أيضا إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل السعي بانتظام للحصول على معلومات من الدول والمنظمات اﻹقليمية واﻷجهزة والوكالات المعنية التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن اﻹجراءات المتخذة للتخفيف من المشاكل الاقتصادية الخاصة لتلك الدول، وأن يقدم تقريرا عن ذلك إلى مجلس اﻷمن، وأن يقدم كذلك تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين.

The Assembly also requested the Secretary-General to continue to seek, on a regular basis, information from States, regional organizations and the concerned organs and agencies of the United Nations system on action taken to alleviate the special economic problems of the affected States in the period following the lifting of the sanctions, and to submit a report on the implementation of the resolution to the Assembly at its fifty-second session.
وطلبت الجمعية أيضا إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل السعي بانتظام للحصول على معلومات من الدول والمنظمات اﻹقليمية واﻷجهزة والوكالات المعنية التابعة لمنظومة اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن اﻹجراءات المتخذة للتخفيف من المشاكل الاقتصادية الخاصة لتلك الدول في الفترة التالية لرفع الجزاءات، وأن يقدم تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار إلى الجمعية في دورتها الثانية والخمسين، وقد تم إعداد هذا التقرير استجابة لذلك الطلب.
