With regard to the Repertoire, it was pointed out that in the past year, the Security Council Practices and Charter Research Branch of the Security Council Affairs Division had worked on Supplements 15 and 16, covering the period from 2004 to 2009, and had laid the groundwork for Supplement 17, which would cover the years 2010 and 2011.

9. On 14 February 2014, in Cairo, a second meeting was convened under the auspices of the Chair of the Committee between the Monitoring Group and the Government of Eritrea, represented by Mr. Gebreab, and in the presence of representatives of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations and the Security Council Subsidiary Organs Branch, Security Council Affairs Division of the United Nations Secretariat.

61. With regard to the Repertoire, it was pointed out that, in the past year, the Security Council Practices and Charter Research Branch of the Security Council Affairs Division had worked on Supplements 17 and 18, covering the period from 2010 to 2013.

55. With regard to the Repertoire, it was pointed out that, in the past year, the Security Council Practices and Charter Research Branch of the Security Council Affairs Division had worked on Supplements 16 and 17, covering the period from 2008 to 2011, and preparations for Supplement 18 had begun.

With regard to the staffing of the Secretariat Services Branch of the Council Affairs Division and the provision of interpreters by Conference Services, Council members request the Secretary-General to take the appropriate and necessary measures to ensure fully adequate support services for the Council, taking into account the increase in the Council's workload over recent years.

Given the level of responsibility associated with the administrative management of staff and financial resources within the new Department, it is proposed that the post of Executive Officer be at the D-1 level, to be provided through the exchange of the current P-5 post with a D-1 post in the General Assembly Subsidiary Organs Servicing Branch of the General Assembly and Economic and Social Council Affairs Division.

58. With regard to the Repertoire, it was pointed out that in the past year, the Practices and Charter Research Branch of the Security Council Affairs Division had worked on the fourteenth and fifteenth Supplements to the Repertoire, covering the period from 2000 to 2007; initiated work on the sixteenth Supplement, covering the years 2008 and 2009; and laid the groundwork for the seventeenth Supplement, which would cover the years 2010 and 2011.

A number of training courses on municipal wastewater management, under the umbrella of the Train-Sea-Coast Programme of the Division of Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea, have been executed jointly with UNESCO-IHE and other partners.
