69. The High Commissioner will report on challenges, progress and developments in the delivery of human rights education to the local level in his preliminary, mid-term and final reports.
٩٦ - سيقدم المفوض السامي في تقاريره اﻷولية وتقارير منتصف الفترة وتقاريره النهائية تقريرا عن التحديات والتقدم المحرز والتطورات في مجال توفير التثقيف في مجال حقوق الانسان على الصعيد المحلي.

Each national plan should contain specific objectives, strategies and programmes for the enhancement of human rights education in pre-schools, primary and secondary schools, higher education, professional schools, the training of public officials and in non-formal learning, including general public information.
وينبغي أن تتضمن كل خطة من الخطط الوطنية أهدافا واستراتيجيات وبرامج محددة لتحسين التثقيف في مجال حقوق الانسان في مدارس الحضانة والمدارس الابتدائية والثانوية، ومدارس التعليم العالي والمدارس المهنية، وتدريب المسؤولين العموميين وفي التعليم غير الرسمي، بما في ذلك الاعلام الجماهيري.

223. The Committee recommends that the Covenant, the Optional Protocols and the Committee's comments be widely disseminated among the Paraguayan public and that the scope of human rights education be extended to members of the police and security forces, the legal profession and other persons involved in the administration of justice, with a view to making it a part of their regular training.
٢٢٣ - وتوصي اللجنة بنشر العهد والبروتوكولين الاختياريين وتعليقات اللجنة على نطاق واسع بين جماهير باراغواي ومد نطاق التثقيف في مجال حقوق الانسان ليشمل أفراد الشرطة وقوات اﻷمن، ورجال القانون، وغيرهم من اﻷشخاص الذين لهم دور في إقامة العدل، وذلك بغية جعل هذا التثقيف جزءا من تدريبهم المنتظم.

47. Each specialized agency will be requested to enhance its efforts in the area of human rights education and to appoint a human rights education liaison officer to work with the High Commissioner and the Centre for Human Rights in the development of joint educational activities relating to human rights in the areas of competence of each agency.
٧٤ - وسيطلب الى كل وكالة متخصصة أن تبادر الى تعزيز جهودها في مجال التثقيف بحقوق الانسان وتعيين موظف اتصال لشؤون التثقيف في مجال حقوق الانسان ليعمل مع المفوض السامي ومع مركز حقوق الانسان في استحداث أنشطة تعليمية مشتركة تتصل بحقوق الانسان في مجالات اختصاص كل وكالة.

(h) To seek the cooperation of non-governmental organizations, academic institutions and the media in enhancing international cooperation for human rights, particularly in the area of human rights education and information, not least in view of the decade for human rights education to be launched in December 1994;

Such national plans of action for human rights education should be completed during 1995, in consultation with all relevant national and local actors and groups, and should be transmitted to the High Commissioner for Human Rights for purposes of effective coordination and cooperation in their implementation.
وينبغي انجاز خطط العمل الوطنية هذه من أجل التثقيف في مجال حقوق الانسان خلال ١٩٩٥، بالتشاور مع جميع العناصر والفئات الوطنية والمحلية ذات الصلة، وينبغي إحالتها إلى المفوض السامي لحقوق الانسان ﻷغراض التنسيق والتعاون الفعالين في تنفيذها.

The Committee on the Rights of the Child, in its concluding observations to States parties, regularly referred to the Decade for human rights education when recommending that greater attention should be paid by Governments to public human rights campaigns and human rights training for professionals working for or with children.
٢٦ - ومضت تقول إن لجنة حقوق الطفل تشير بانتظام، في ملاحظاتها الختامية المقدمة الى الدول اﻷطراف، الى عقد التثقيف في مجال حقوق الانسان عندما توصي بأن تولي الحكومات مزيدا من الاهتمام لحملات حقوق الانسان العامة والتدريب في مجال حقوق اﻹنسان، المخصص للفنيين العاملين من أجل الطفل أو مع اﻷطفال.
