4. Moreover, on 19 September 1996, the Mexican Congress unanimously adopted the Act on the Protection of trade and investment from Foreign Laws which are Contrary to International Law, better known as the " Antidote Law " , which entered into force on 24 October 1996.
٤ - وقد أقر كذلك، مجلس النواب المكسيكي في ١٩ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦، باﻹجماع قانون حماية التجارة والاستثمار من التشريعات اﻷجنبية المخالفة للقانون الدولي وقد دخل هذا القانون الشهير باسم " قانون الترياق المضاد " حيز النفاذ اعتبارا من ٢٤ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٦.

5. On 24 October 1996, the Act on Protection of Trade and Investment against Foreign Norms which Violate International Law entered into force in Mexico.

In this connection, the country saw the entry into force on 23 October 1996 of the Act to Protect trade and investment from Foreign Norms that Contravene International Law, the purpose of which is to counter the extraterritorial effects of any foreign norm that infringes international law to the detriment of any State.

On 23 October 1996, Mexico promulgated legislation to protect trade and investment from foreign norms that contravene international law with the aim of prohibiting the realization of acts that affect trade and investment when such acts are a consequence of the effects of the extraterritorial legislation of other countries.

For that reason, Mexico promulgated an Act to protect trade and investment from foreign norms that contravene international law, which came into force on 24 October 1996, in order to check the adverse extraterritorial impact of foreign norms that impinge upon Mexico's free trade with other countries and which violate international law to the detriment of any State.

6. On 19 November 1996, the Mexican Congress unanimously adopted the Act on Protection of Trade and Investment against Foreign Laws Which Violate International Law, better known as the “Antidote Act”, which entered into force on 24 October 1996.
٦ - وفي ١٩ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦، اعتمد الكونغرس المكسيكي باﻹجماع قانون حماية التجارة والاستثمار من القوانين اﻷجنبية التي تنتهك القانون الدولي، وهو القانون المعروف على نحو أفضل بتسمية " القانون الترياقي " والذي بدأ نفاذه في ٢٤ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٦.

5. Furthermore, on 19 September 1996 the Mexican Congress unanimously adopted the Act on Protection of Trade and Investment against Foreign Laws Which Violate International Law, better known as the “Antidote Act”, which entered into force on 24 October 1996.
٥ - علاوة على ذلك، اعتمد الكونغرس المكسيكي باﻹجماع في ١٩ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦ قانونا بشأن حماية التجارة والاستثمار من القوانين اﻷجنبية التي تنتهك القانون الدولي، وهو القانون المعروف باسم " القانون الترياقي " ، الذي دخل حيز النفاذ في ٢٤ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٦.

For this same purpose and in order to eliminate the negative impact of extraterritorial measures that affect Mexico's free trade with other countries, Mexico's Act on Protection of Trade and Investment against Foreign Norms which Violate International Law entered into force on 24 October 1996.
ومن أجل هذا الغرض نفسه، وبغية القضاء على الآثار السلبية للتدابير التي تتجاوز حدود الدولة التي تفرضها والتي تؤثر على حرية تجارة المكسيك مع البلدان الأخرى، فإن القانون المكسيكي بشأن حماية التجارة والاستثمار من المعايير الأجنبية التي تنتهك القانون الدولي دخل حيز النفاذ في 24 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1996.

In keeping with that position, the Mexican State promulgated the Act on Protection of Trade and Investment against Foreign Norms which Violate International Law, which has been in force since 23 October 1996 and is designed to prohibit acts which affect trade or investment when such acts result from the extraterritorial effects of foreign laws.
وبناء على ما تقدم، أصدرت الحكومة المكسيكية قانون حماية التجارة والاستثمار من القوانين الأجنبية التي تتعارض مع القانون الدولي، الساري منذ 23 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 1996، بهدف حظر اتخاذ إجراءات تمس التجارة أو الاستثمار، إذا كانت هذه الإجراءات نتيجة آثار القوانين الأجنبية التي تتجاوز الحدود الإقليمية.
