22. In September 2010, OHCHR presented a study at the fifteenth session of the Human Rights Council on challenges and best practices in the implementation of the international framework for the protection of the rights of the child in the context of migration.
22 - وفي أيلول/سبتمبر 2010، قدمت المفوضية، في الدورة الخامسة عشرة لمجلس حقوق الإنسان، دراسة عن التحديات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال تنفيذ الإطار الدولي لحماية حقوق الطفل في سياق الهجرة.

Encourages States to take into account the conclusions and recommendations contained in the study of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on challenges and best practices in the implementation of the international framework for the protection of the rights of the child in the context of migration when designing and implementing their migration policies;
" 6 - تشجع الدول على أن تأخذ في الحسبان الاستنتاجات والتوصيات الواردة في الدراسة التي أعدتها مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان عن التحديات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال تنفيذ الإطار الدولي لحماية حقوق الأطفال في سياق الهجرة، عند وضع سياساتها المتعلقة بالهجرة وتنفيذها؛

6. Encourages States to take into account the conclusions and recommendations of the study of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on challenges and best practices in the implementation of the international framework for the protection of the rights of the child in the context of migration when designing and implementing their migration policies;
6 - تشجع الدول على أن تأخذ في الحسبان استنتاجات وتوصيات الدراسة التي أعدتها مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان عن التحديات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال تنفيذ الإطار الدولي لحماية حقوق الأطفال في سياق الهجرة، عند وضع سياساتها المتعلقة بالهجرة وتنفيذها؛

The present report is submitted pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 12/6, in which the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) was requested to prepare a study on challenges and best practices in the implementation of the international framework for the protection of the rights of the child in the context of migration, in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
هذا التقرير مقدم عملا بقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 12/6، الذي طُلب فيه من المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان أن تُعد دراسة عن التحديات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال تنفيذ الإطار الدولي لحماية حقوق الأطفال في سياق الهجرة، وذلك بالتشاور مع أصحاب المصلحة ذوي الصلة.

15. According to the Committee on the Rights of the Child, and reiterated by OHCHR in its study on challenges and best practices in the implementation of the international framework for the protection of the rights of the child in the context of migration (A/HRC/15/29, para. 44), age assessment should be a measure of last resort.
15 - ووفقا لما ذكرته لجنة حقوق الطفل، وأكدته مفوضية الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان في دراستها حول التحديات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال تنفيذ الإطار الدولي لحماية حقوق الأطفال في سياق الهجرة (A/HRC/15/29، الفقرة 44)، فإن تقدير السن ينبغي أن يكون تدبيرا لا يُتخذ إلا كملاذ الأخير.

In its resolution 12/6, the Council requested OHCHR to prepare a study on challenges and best practices in the implementation of the international framework for the protection of the rights of the child in the context of migration, in consultation with relevant stakeholders, including States, regional organizations, civil society organizations and national human rights institutions, and make it available on the website of the Office.
19- طلب المجلس في قراره 12/6 إلى المفوضية السامية أن تُعد دراسة عن التحديات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال تنفيذ الإطار الدولي لحماية حقوق الأطفال في سياق الهجرة، وذلك بالتشاور مع أصحاب المصلحة ذوي الصلة بمن فيهم الدول والمنظمات الإقليمية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان، وطلب إتاحة الدراسة على الموقع الإلكتروني للمفوضية السامية.
