25. In its resolution 12/22, the Council requested the Secretary-General to submit to the fifteenth session of the Council an analytical report on the impact of unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights.
25- طلب المجلس في قراره 12/22 إلى الأمين العام أن يقدِّم إلى المجلس، في دورته الخامسة عشرة، تقريراً تحليلياً عن تأثير التدابير القسرية المتّخذة من جانب واحد على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان.

15. Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the Council, at its fifteenth session, an analytical report on the impact of unilateral coercive measures on the enjoyment of human rights;
15- يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدِّم إلى المجلس، في دورته الخامسة عشرة، تقريراً تحليلياً عن تأثير التدابير القسرية المتّخذة من جانب واحد على التمتع بحقوق الإنسان؛

2. Strongly objects to the extraterritorial nature of those measures which, in addition, threaten the sovereignty of States and, in this context, calls upon all Member States neither to recognize these measures nor to apply them, and to take effective administrative or legislative measures, as appropriate, to counteract the extraterritorial application or effects of unilateral coercive measures;
2 - يعترض بشدة على طابع تلك التدابير الذي يتجاوز الحدود الإقليمية للدولة ويؤدي، إضافة إلى ذلك، إلى تهديد سيادة الدول، ويطلب في هذا السياق إلى جميع الدول الأعضاء عدم الاعتراف بهذه التدابير وعدم تطبيقها، كما يطلب إليها اتخاذ تدابير إدارية أو تشريعية فعالة، حسب الاقتضاء، للتصدي لتطبيق التدابير القسرية المتّخذة من جانب واحد خارج نطاق الحدود الإقليمية أو لما يترتب على هذه التدابير من آثار؛
