(a) Supplies of arms and related materiel or technical training and assistance intended solely for support of or use by units of the army and police of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, provided that the said units:
(أ) إمدادات الأسلحة وما يتصل بها من العتاد أو التدريب والمساعدة التقنيين المخصصة حصرا لدعم لوحدات جيش وشرطة جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية أو المعدة لاستخدامها، شريطة أن تكون هذه الوحدات:

(b) Supplies of arms and related materiel as well as technical training and assistance intended solely for support of or use by the United Nations Organization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUC),
(ب) إمدادات الأسلحة وما يتصل بها من عتاد فضلا عن التدريب والمساعدة التقنيين المخصصة حصرا لدعم بعثة منظمة الأمم المتحدة في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية أو المعدة لاستخدامها،

20. The Committee received one notification concerning paragraph 5 (a) of resolution 1903 (2009), by which the Council decided that the sanctions measures would not apply to supplies of arms and related materiel as well as technical training and assistance intended solely for support of or use by UNMIL.
20 - وتلقت اللجنة إخطارا واحدا فيما يتعلق بالفقرة 5 (أ) من القرار 1903 (2009)()، الذي قرر المجلس بموجبه ألا تسري تدابير الجزاءات على إمدادات الأسلحة والأعتدة ذات الصلة فضلا عن التدريب والمساعدة التقنيين المخصصة حصرا لدعم بعثة الأمم المتحدة في ليبريا أو المعدة لاستخدامها.

(a) Supplies of arms and related materiel as well as technical training and assistance intended solely for support of or use by the United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL);
(أ) إمدادات الأسلحة والأعتدة ذات الصلة فضلا عن التدريب والمساعدة التقنيين المخصصة حصرا لدعم بعثة الأمم المتحدة في ليبريا أو المعدة لاستخدامها؛

Regulation 10 applies to all persons in Australia, any Australian anywhere in the world, and to a body corporate which has effective control over another body corporate or entity, wherever incorporated or situated, that provides technical training and assistance to Sudan, related to the provision, manufacture, maintenance or use of arms and related materiel.
وتنطبق المادة 10 على جميع الأشخاص في أستراليا، وعلى أي أسترالي في أي مكان في العالم، وعلى أي هيئة اعتبارية تسيطر فعلياً على هيئة اعتبارية أخرى أو كيان آخر، حيثما تأسس أي منهما أو وجد، إذا قدَّم أي منهما إلى السودان التدريب والمساعدة التقنيين المتصلين بالتزويد بالأسلحة والمواد ذات الصلة أو بتصنيعها أو بصيانتها أو باستخدامها.

Consistent with paragraph 9 of resolution 1556 (2004) and paragraph 7 of resolution 1591 (2005), regulation 11 of the Sudan Regulations provides that the Minister for Foreign Affairs may grant a permit authorizing the provision of technical training and assistance to Sudan, in the following circumstances:
وتنص المادة 11 من اللوائح المتعلقة بالسودان، بما يتفق والفقرة 9 من القرار 1556 (2004) والفقرة 7 من القرار 1591 (2005)، على أنه يجوز لوزير الخارجية أن يمنح ترخيصاً يأذن بتوفير التدريب والمساعدة التقنيين إلى السودان، في الظروف التالية:

Regulation 10 of the Sudan Regulations prohibits the provision to Sudan of technical training and assistance related to the provision, manufacture, maintenance or use of arms and related materiel, without a permit issued by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, or validly issued under the law of another country in compliance with its obligations under resolution 1556 (2004) and resolution 1591 (2005).
وتحظر المادة 10 من اللوائح المتعلقة بالسودان تقديم التدريب والمساعدة التقنيين المتصلين بالتزويد بالأسلحة والمواد ذات الصلة أو بتصنيعها أو بصيانتها أو باستخدامها، بدون ترخيص صادر عن وزير الخارجية، أو صادر على النحو الصحيح طبقاً لقانون بلد آخر امتثالاً لالتزاماته بموجب القرار 1556 (2004) والقرار 1591 (2005).

9. Decides that the exemption procedure set out in paragraph 8 (e) of resolution 1572 (2004) shall apply only to arms and related materiel, vehicles, and the provision of technical training and assistance in support of the Ivorian process of Security Sector Reform, pursuant to a formal request by the Ivorian Government and approved in advance by the Sanctions Committee;
