35- التصديق هو عملية لإجراء تقييم مستقل لنشاط مشروع يقوم به كيان تشغيلي معين على أساس شروط آلية التنمية النظيفة كما هي مبينة في المقرر 17/أ م-7 وفي هذا المرفق والمقررات ذات الصلة لمؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف، استنادا إلى وثيقة تصميم المشروع، على النحو الموجز في التذييل باء أدناه.

Any amendments to appendix B shall apply only to small-scale afforestation and reforestation project activities under the CDM which are registered subsequent to the date of amendment and shall not affect already registered small-scale afforestation and reforestation project activities under the CDM during the crediting periods for which they are registered.
10- لا يطبق أي تعديل على التذييل باء أدناه إلا على أنشطة المشاريع الصغيرة للتحريج وإعادة التحريج في إطار الآلية التي تسجل بعد تاريخ التعديل، ولا يؤثر هذا التعديل في أنشطة المشاريع الصغيرة للتحريج وإعادة التحريج في إطار الآلية التي سبق تسجيلها أثناء فترات الاستحقاق المسجلة من أجلها.
