1. Takes note of the elements for inclusion in arrangements between the Conference of the Parties and an operating entity or entities of the financial mechanism presented in the note by the interim secretariat, contained in document A/AC.237/87,
١ - يحيط علما بالعناصر اللازم إدراجها في الترتيبات بين مؤتمر اﻷطراف وكيان أو كيانات تشغيل اﻵلية المالية، المعروضة في المذكرة المقدمة من اﻷمانة المؤقتة، الواردة في الوثيقة A/AC.237/87،

At the 4th and 5th meetings of the SCF, its members finalized the draft text on the arrangements between the COP and the GCF and forwarded the draft arrangements to the Board of the GCF in advance of its 5th meeting.
ووضع أعضاء اللجنة في اجتماعيها الرابع والخامس الصيغة النهائية لمشروع نص الترتيبات بين مؤتمر الأطراف والصندوق الأخضر للمناخ وأرسلوا مشروع الترتيبات إلى مجلس الصندوق قبل أن يعقد اجتماعه الخامس.

9. The SCF further recommends that the COP agree to the draft arrangements between the COP and the GCF contained in annex III, following the previous agreement by the Board of the GCF on the draft arrangements at its 5th meeting.
